Shipping

Canada

All orders over $150 get FREE SHIPPING! 

Canadian orders can take up to 1-4 business days to arrive. You will be advised on the product page if the item you are ordering is pre-order. In that case, your order will be shipped during the pre-order shipping window specified for that particular product. 

All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited shipping which has tracking included. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.

USA

All orders over $150 get FREE SHIPPING! 

US orders are shipped via Canada Post to United States Postal Service after being processed through Customs. US orders can take up to 10-14 business days to arrive from shipment date. 

You will be advised on the product page if the item you are ordering is pre-order, in that case your order will be shipped during the pre-order shipping window specified for that particular product. 

Unfortunately, we don't offer order tracking for US orders - Please email hello@jacksonrowe.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping service & we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

International 

Flat rate - $40

International orders are shipped via Canada Post to your country's national postal service after being processed through Customs. Be advised that International orders take a considerable amount of time in transit, usually about 2-4 weeks from shipment date, depending on where you are in the world.

You will be advised on the product page if the item you are ordering is pre-order, in that case your order will be shipped during the pre-order shipping window specified for that particular product. 

Please check your shipping address!

Please note: If an order is returned to us by our mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout!

Customs & Import Duties

Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.

Taxes

If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus the GST. US orders are subject to Customs and duty fees as well as whichever state taxes apply to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory or defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return it for a product of equal or lesser* value or a full refund excluding the original shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The following purchases are final sale, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on:
- Body suits
- Sale items
- Purchases made with a discount code

    Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:

    • The product(s) have not been washed.
    • The product(s) are not worn or damaged.
    • The product(s) must be in resellable condition.
    • The original packaging is intact and included.

    To exchange an item(s):

    1. Please email us at hello@jacksonrowe.com
    2. Include your original Order Number.
    3. We will provide you with an address label and the RA# for your reference. Just follow the instructions on the attachment.
    4. While we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100, you are responsible for return shipping expenses.
    5. For exchanges, please purchase your new item on our website, and we will refund the cost of your original item once we've received it.
    6. FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPERS: Any purchases made after November 1st, we will allow until January 15th to exchange or return.

    To return an item(s):

    1. Please note that we only accept returns on full price products.
    2. Please email us at hello@jacksonrowe.com
    3. Let us know why you'd like to return the item and include your Order Number.
    4. We will provide you with an address label and the RA# for your reference. Just follow the instructions on the attachment.
    5. Once we've received and processed the return, you will be reimbursed the full amount of your item.
    6. While we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
    7. FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPERS: Any purchases made after November 1st, we will allow until January 15th to exchange or return.

    For defective item(s):

    1. Please email us at hello@jacksonrowe.com
    2. Include a picture of the defective item in your email with the order number
    3. If we have the item in stock we will send you a replacement. If we are out of stock we will refund you the full amount.

    * You'll be reimbursed the difference if it is of a lesser value.
    ** The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Jackson Rowe.
